These are your 2012 Fairfield Giants Pee Wee Cheerleaders. On November 10, 2012 they won the New England Regional Championship. Making them the second cheer team in the programs 46 year history to qualify to compete at the National Championships in Disney World.
Words can not describe how proud we are of this group which includes 3 members who are cheering for the first time this season. They have progressed every week, and dealt with the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. The devastation in Fairfield cost them loss of practice due to power outages at their home gym "GCA", and many left homes without power to travel to Springfield, Mass to compete and give it all they had.
The team is comprised of Haley Sepot, JoAnna Moomjian, Jillian Hetherman, Michaela Murdock, Teddie Tarczali, Samantha Epperson, Juliana Scholz, Gianna Pulito, Hannah Landesberg and Cassie Llewellyn. Emma Pippert and Mackenzie Tarczali are student coaches.The team was led by Head Coach Nancy Pulito, Assistant Coach Lory Moomjian, and Program Cheer Coordinator Michele Scholz .I will share a few pictures here but many more are to come with much better quality.
