We hope you are enjoying your summer! We have been busy planning our Fall 2012 Swim Lesson Program and wanted to give you the opportunity to sign up!

The Swim Lesson Program is a fundraiser for the Fairfield University Varsity Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Teams. One hundred percent of the funds raised go to defray the cost of our annual training trip.
Your child will be taught by one of our varsity athletes. We provide a phenomenal teacher to student ratio which can’t be matched, and our teachers are in the water with your child!

1. First and last name of swimmer(s)
2. Age of swimmer(s)
3. Your preferred email address
4. General description of swimming ability for swimmer(s) (i.e. can blow bubbles; is afraid of water; competitive swimmer, etc.)
5. A first and second choice of lesson section time
