THE NAPTIME CHEF Author Meet & Greet, Kelsey Banfield

Come Meet & Greet Author, Kelsey Banfield THE NAPTIME CHEF-- Fitting Great Food into Family Life. Kelsey will be at the Fairfield University Bookstore in downtown Fairfield, Saturday May 12th from 1-4 pm as she completes her  book tour across the US. Kelsey Banfield is the founder and editor of THE NAPTIME CHEF.com and producer for THE NAPTIME CHEF Cooking Show, found online. She writes for various other publications including Babble and New York Family Magazine's Yummy Delicious blog. Yes, having children changes one's life, but it truely doesn't have to change what you cook. "Cooking and eating should be enjoyable, even if you are a parent," says Kelsey, and to prove it, THE NAPTIME CHEF is equal parts pragmatic parent and ardent foodie, with meals that save time....Surprise your mother with a signed copy of THE NAPTIME CHEF cookbook for Mother's Day (Running Press; March 2012: Paperback; $23.00 US)
