Potholes: Where Are They in Fairfield?

Now that spring has sprung, it's time to think ahead: where are the potholes in Fairfield?

Despite the fact that we had a virtually snow-free winter, the town's streets have still taken a beating over the season and with spring comes pothole season.

Potholes appear when the pavement cracks, moisture builds up in the crack and then freezes and thaws. It's a problem that the town really can't avoid.

Potholes can be a year-long problem but are especially noticable in the spring after streets are plowed and sanded over the winter. While the areas for the most part escaped severe winter weather, there still are sections of roads that look like they've been chewed up and are in need of repair.
