Support Near & Far Aid at Friday's Spring Gala

The gala will be held from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Mitchells of Westport.

The Southport-based fundraising organization Near & Far Aid will hold its annual Spring Gala on Friday, March 1, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Mitchells of Westport.

Guests will enjoy an "exotic Indian event of vibrant colors, bond tastes, and enchanting encounters" at this year's Bollywood-themed event, according to a press release from the organization.

Mitchells will be transformed into Westport's own Taj Mahal for the event, hosted by Fox Business news Network's Liz Claman and TV personality David Price. The two will be joined by 2012 Dancing with the Stars champion Tony Dovolani.
