Batman Celebration for Teens at the Fairfield Public Library

Celebrate Batman the day before the release of his new movie, The Dark Knight Rises.  Eight years after Batman took the fall for Two Face’s crimes, a new villain, Bane, overwhelms Gotham and the Dark Knight returns.  In anticipation of the film, we will celebrate all things Batman with trivia games, contests, crafts, snacks, and videos at this Bat-tacular event for teens grades 6 and up.  Costumes are encouraged!  This event will take place Thursday, July 19 from 2:30-4:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.   Attending this program will earn points toward the “DO” badge in the Library’s Teen Summer Challenge.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.  Register for this program online and find out more about the Teen Summer Challenge at www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org or for more information call 203-256-3160.
