Halloween 'Spooktacular' at Borders

invites kids ages 3-8 to join in the fun at its "Halloween Spooktacular" at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 30, in the store's Fairfield location, 1499 Post Rd. The event includes scary stories, spooky games,  a creepy craft and a "terrifying" parade. Costumes are encouraged.
