Prevailing Winds Quintet Brings Holiday Music to the Fairfield Public Library

On Sunday, December 4, the Prevailing Winds, a woodwind quintet, will give their annual holiday concert at the Fairfield Public Library.   This group has been performing for over 30 years in Fairfield County.  The concert will feature music from The Nutcracker Suite, Babes in Toyland, Christmas and Hanukkah melodies, and some marches, including a John Philip Sousa march.  Get ready to enjoy holiday tunes, do a little marching and take home your own kazoo.  This program is for children ages 3-10 accompanied by an adult.  This event will take place at 3 pm at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free.  Register at www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org or for more information call 203-256-3160.  Follow the Fairfield Public Library on Twitter:  www.twitter.com/fairfieldpublib and Facebook:  www.facebook.com/fairfieldlibrary.
