Remar Orphange Benefit Concert

The “Playing By Heart VI” piano concert will be held at the church this Sunday 8/26 @ 4:00 pm. The concert is being performed by the students of Kyong Hee Cho (Pastor Cho’s wife) and will be playing classical music.  Tickets are $10 per person, and refreshments will be served after. 

100% of the donations raised will go to our mission to help the children of the Remar Orphanage in Ecuador.  The children of Remar will be starting school again in two weeks. As we did last year, we are in the process of purchasing 150 new white shirts for their school uniforms.  In addition, we will be painting their classrooms, and planning for a field trip outside the orphanage to the zoo or to the water museum. Longer term goals include building a playground for the youngest children.
