Halloween Events Cancelled in Fairfield
Citing a shortage of manpower, Chamber of Commerce cancels Halloween events.
The Halloween “Trick or Treat on Safety Street” and “Trick or Trunk” have been cancelled.
The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce announced they have reviewed their holiday program schedule, and have decided not to proceed with the events this year, which are usually held on Sherman Green.
“Each year, the event became larger and larger thus creating a shortage of manpower, volunteer availability and program management,” according to a release from the Chamber of Commerce.
