"The book is magical," James Fitzpatrick, assistant vice president at Fairfield University, said. "We at the university are delighted to host such a distinguished guest at our bookstore."

Fans purchased copies of the book in the days leading up to Andrews' visit. Buying the book in advance ensured approximately 200 devotees had "line tickets" for admission to meet Andrews and have her sign their copies. Her stop in Fairfield was one of many in a national book tour.
