Fairfield Gets State’s First Zippy Shell Location

Zippy Shell, one of the fastest growing mobile self-storage franchises in the U.S., has recently expanded to Fairfield. 

Through its local franchisee and corporately owned and managed locations, Zippy Shell provides self-storage and moving services that are convenient and a great value for the consumer, according to Peter Katz, owner of Zippy Shell of Fairfield County.

The Zippy Shell service provides customers with a storage container for short or long term storage or moving. The container is delivered inside a street-legal, customized Zippy Shell trailer. Customers load their goods into the container, and let Zippy Shell representatives do the rest, according to Katz.

“Today consumers in Fairfield County don’t have a lot of storage options, and for those options that do exist, most are expensive and inconvenient,” said Katz. “Zippy Shell is going to change the way people think about storage. We will provide them with a service that will easily be the best value solution in the market”.
