Fairfield's Quattro Pazzi to Expand

One of Fairfield’s most popular eateries, Quattro Pazzi Cafe, is reportedly planning to expand its location at 1599 Post Road, nearly doubling the size of the restaurant to 2,400 square feet.

According to an article in the Fairfield Citizen, the Italian restaurant has already begun to expand into space formerly occupied by the next door.

The expansion reportedly includes increasing the size of the restaurant's kitchen from about 100 square feet to 400 square feet. This, in turn, will enable the restaurant to .

“The expansion will also allow for a larger bar area and a doubling of the dining room's capacity to 90 seats, in addition to 30 seats of outdoor dining in the warmer months,” the article states, quoting restaurant owner Biaggio Riccio.
