Readers' Choice: Favorite Yoga Studio

Where's your favorite place to Fairfield to practice the ancient art of yoga?

While Zumba, P90X, boxilates (whatever that is) and other fitness trends seem to come and go (anybody remember Tae Bo?), yoga remains popular throughout the world. Not only is it known for toning and strengthening the body, but yoga is also touted for increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and promoting overall health and wellness.

With a variety of yoga studios to choose from, as well as styles of practice, the choice of where to downward dog, practice the tree pose or attempt a headstand can be a tricky one. So, for this week’s Readers’ Choice contest, we are asking for your favorite yoga studio in Fairfield.

Casting a vote in our poll below is fine -- leaving a review in our directory for why you love your yoga studio is better.

If you’re a yoga studio owner -- or owner of any business -- , you can push out notifications to local customers, update information found in the listing and feature new photos for your neighbors to find.

Contest rules are attached as a PDF. If we need to update this list, just say so in the comments. Good luck everyone -- and namaste:
