Listing agent Paul Lenoci wants to land an "anchor tenant" that will draw customers to not only the potential new retailer, but to the surrounding businesses.
"We want something that's nice, something that will draw people to the center," he said.
Ideas include a specialty market, a clothing shop, or a shoe store.
"We're looking for something special to fill in the gap."
The site is 10,257 square feet.
