Bike store and maintenance shop; pharmacy; a kosher grocery store – those were ideas that came out of the for the former Stratfield market site.
The former IGA market’s site measures 9,740 square feet. This installment of Visions for Vacancies focuses on a site across town and potentially more than twice the size of the market.
The former Edge fitness club building at 665 Commerce Drive is up for lease by RHYS, a commercial real estate firm. According to the firm’s website, the lot actually houses two buildings and thus can be leased as either a 6,000 square-foot building or a combined 28,400 square foot building.
The rent is listed at $18 per square foot per year. The lot holds 200 parking spaces.
