Citizens Bank grants $5,000 to The WorkPlace Dress for Success program

The Citizens Bank Foundation recently granted $5,000 to The WorkPlace to support their Dress for Success Mid-Fairfield County program for professional attire and career services. Dress for Success includes an employment retention program called the Professional Women’s Group (PWG) that moves low-income women towards self-sufficiency by addressing their social and economic needs in relation to work, home and community.

Dress for Success promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. This service is provided to clients at no cost in order to help them achieve and support a successful career.
