PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, CAREGIVERS

The public is invited to a series of community meetings regarding issues for people with disabilities who live in Fairfield. The focus groups will be hosted by the Department of Human and Social Services located at the Fairfield Senior Center, 100 Mona Terrace. Director, Terry Giegengack, stated that “the goal of this outreach is to better understand what is needed and respond to the needs of people with disabilities, caregivers and families”.

 

Meetings will be held at the Fairfield Senior Center cafeteria on Wednesday, October 9th at 6 PM and Wednesday, October 16th at 10 AM. A series of November meetings will be held to continue the conversation about the needs of people with disabilities in our community.
