With Love From The Cupboard® Officially Launches in Westport and Brings Comfort Through Grandma-Inspired Baked Goods

Today, Chef Nicole announced the official launch of her business, With Love From The Cupboard®, which is a retail and wholesale artisanal purveyor of grandma-inspired baked goods that services the sweet and dessert needs of Fairfield and Westchester Counties.   She specializes in enchanting flavors of petite pastries that can be personalized based on the client’s preference and palate.  This boutique-styled approach provides undivided attention not only to flavor, but also to presentation and dietary needs, such as gluten-free options.  Her signature collection includes Gluten-Free Spumoni French Macarons , Raspberry Pecan Tea Cakes, Crème Brûlée Profiteroles and Lavender Honey Vanilla Bean Cupcakes.  However, she also  creates  a cornucopia of custom sweets based on individual tastes and uses the highest quality local ingredients, such as Farm Fresh Connecticut eggs.

Before becoming a member of the lower Fairfield County  community, Chef Nicole first began crafting her signature baked goods for Jersey City, NJ after she made the decision to leave Corporate America and pursue her dream.  Upon graduating with honors at the top of her class from The French Culinary Institute of New York City and beginning  to establish a business in New Jersey, her family subsequently triggered a personal move to Connecticut -- where she has been welcomed with opened arms!  “I feel very fortunate to be a part of such a close-knit community of people,” stated Chef Nicole.  “It can be difficult to move residence, let alone relocate a burgeoning business, but Fairfield County embraced me from day one.”  Her sweet treasures  are even starting to become a fabric of many communities such as, New Canaan, Rowayton, Stamford, Westport and Wilton among others.

The inspiration behind With Love From The Cupboard® comes from Chef Nicole’s relationship with her grandmother and the cherished recipes they shared together.  The name itself attempts to  capture the essence of this special time, loving every moment of being grandma’s little baking helper and carefully selecting ingredients from the treasured cupboard. Chef Nicole aspires to delight her clients by evoking fond memories like these of childhood, while infusing  a modern twist.  In fact, she offers a Recreate-A-Recipe service, which allows clients to submit a family recipe that Chef Nicole can bring to life through her expertise and sophisticated palate.  This way, With Love From The Cupboard ®  rekindles a family favorite and brings back treasured memories, much like the ones Chef Nicole has from spending time with Grandma Juliano.
