Sweet♥ Ice Cream
Ingredients:

1 cup milk
2 cups cream

1/2 cup of sugar (or less to taste)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
1/4 cup Sweet♥ candies
1/4 cup red hots
1/4 cup pink & white chocolate candies (like M&M's)
Directions:
Put first four above ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk to incorporate. Then, put the vanilla base mixture into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturers instructions.
With 5 minutes chrun-time remaining, add a handful each of crushed candy canes, red-hots, pink and white M&M candy, and Sweethearts candy! After the ice cream is done churning, take it out and put into a large container or individual novelty containers like the mini Chinese take-out boxes, and add the remaining candy, gently folding it in. I picked up really cute individual mini Chinease take-out boxes from World Market (they're in the South but you can shop online here). I knew someday they'd make adorable ice cream novelties.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, with store-bought vanilla ice cream, allow ice cream to soften for 5-10 minutes, stir in above candy mix-ins, and refreeze. Or, make your own Sundae: simply serve ice cream in sundae cups and have individual mix-ins with other toppings for a good old fashioned ice cream sundae bar!
