April showers bring tempting green eats for Fairfield’s bovine crowd.

According to a report on DoingItLocal.com, a cow and a young bull broke loose from their home on Stillson Road in what appeared to be an effort to help themselves to “self-service eats.” Their owner, Wyatt Whiteman, told DoingItLocal that he was on his way to the feed store when the getaway occurred.
