"In the aftermath of our most recent storm Russell Speeders Care Wash, at 620 Villa Avenue, Fairfield, is offering Free Car Washes now through December 6th. Fairfield will be our 19th location and we look forward to being a good neighbor in our new home. It’s our small way of helping others when they need help. It’s our small way of saying welcome to our new community."
  • Great Information on How to Be Fit: 7 p.m., Fairfield Woods Branch Library, free. "Gary Camillo has been a fitness and strength-training coach for more than 25 years.  He is the owner of Camillo Health and Fitness in Fairfield and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach.  'It is more than just sets and reps,' says Camillo. He will teach the five pillars of human movement:  pushing, pulling, level changes, locomotion and rotation.  Gary will also discuss proper nutrition and how “real” food can be used to help build muscle and strength. Advanced registration is required due to the limited space."
