Patch asked a couple of Fairfielders what they’re favorite part of Thanksgiving is, and here’s what we learned:
- Lisa Ventricelli Ferrio said her favorite aspect of the holiday is “having all my children home together!”
- First Selectman Mike Tetreau’s favorite part is the Ludlowe vs. Warde High School football game. “It is great to see old friends and old teammates that are back in town for the game,” he said.
- Misty Beyer most looks forward to the smells of Thanksgiving, highlighting the “contrast of the cool fall smells and the warm baked goods.”
So tell us, what’s your favorite part of Thanksgiving? Is it a side dish, a family tradition, a particular football game? Or let us know what you’re thankful for -- or both!
