Trumbull ‘Signs’ Up for Clean Energy Communities Program

Trumbull First Selectman recently received a Home Energy Solutions assessment to kick-off Trumbull's signing of the Clean Energy Communities pledge.

As part of an overall commitment to reduce energy consumption across Connecticut towns, Trumbull First Selectman Timothy Herbst recently received a Home Energy Solutions assessment to kick off the Town’s signing of the Clean Energy Communities pledge.

“My signature on this pledge represents our efforts to cut costs by supporting energy efficiency and clean, renewable energy,” said Herbst.  “Committing to becoming a Clean Energy Community is just one thing other town leaders can do to make wiser, innovative energy choices.  I urge other leaders to take action and learn more about this initiative.”

Herbst also added that residents should take advantage of the Home Energy Solutions program to see how they can cut energy costs in their homes.
