Artist of the Month ~ Mary Elizabeth Peterson/Seashells Exhibit

Mary Elizabeth Peterson is an American Abstract Artist who's work rises from a deep fascination with water, be it in the form of lakes, creeks, streams or oceans. Ms. Peterson studied drawing and painting at the Corcoran College of Art & Design. She is an active member of the Rowayton Arts Center and teaches art history based curricula for the Westport Public Schools ARTSMART Program. Mary Elizabeth Peterson's "Seashells" exhibit will be on display in the Stairwell Art Space July 1-31, 2013 at the downtown Fairfield University Bookstore, 1499 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824, (203) 255-7756.
