Building a Winning Plan for Growth -- a Small Business Strategies Program at the Fairfield Public Library

This workshop will demonstrate how a company can evaluate its business strategy by estimating the financial value of that strategy:  what are the projected revenues, profits and cash flows? Led by business consultant John Harmon, he will also review how those projections can be executed in the form of a business plan with examples from retail and service businesses. This program will take place on Wednesday, April 2 at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library.  Registration is requested.

Presenter John Harmon is Managing Director of Adulant Consulting Services which advises small and medium size businesses on strategies for growth and operating excellence.  Mr. Harmon is also a counselor for SCORE.
