Dot, Dot, Dot. . . Program for Teens at the Fairfield Public Library

Have you ever seen a painting by Seurat?  You’ve seen the screens on your TV and phones.  Come learn about pointillism – the art of placing small dots and dashes of color to create everything from art to your phone screen.  We will talk about color theory, too, and create some of our own pointillism.  We will be working with paint, so please dress accordingly.  Join us on Thursday, July 17 from 2:30-4:00 pm in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.  For teens entering grade 6 and up.  Registration is required.

Additional creative afternoon classes for teens include String Art on July 24 at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, and Build a Baby Robot on July 31 at the Main Library.

Did you sign up yet for the Teen Summer Challenge online?  In addition to earning points for reading, you earn points every time you participate in a Library program.
