bringtheHoopla LLC, an educational (hula) hoop company which focuses on health and fitness will now be teaching a cardio Hoop Fitness course through Fairfield Continuing Education.
Classes begin Tuesday, February 12 from 7:00-8:00pm at Riverfield School in Fairfield. We will be offering a 10 week session for $149.
Our hooping class is perfect for all abilities and levels. We focus on increasing flexibility, focus, and stamina while toning glutes, thighs, arms, and strengthening your entire core. We use large weighted hoops to get the hoop moving, learn basic "tricks" with your hoop and burn calories in this high energy class where we will bring the FUN back into fitness!!!
Hoops will be provided all classes. You may also purchase hoops.
