The Fairfield Public Library is hosting a four-part series, featuring Dr. Paul Epstein, ND, on the Healing Power of Mind-Body Medicine. The second lecture, Listen to your Symptoms and Inner Wisdom, will be held at the Fairfield Public Library Woods Branch, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road on Monday December 17 at 7 p.m. The series will continue January 14 and February 4.
If a symptom, issue, or pain has a meaning and a message what might that be? Dr. Epstein will encourage you to embrace your inner self-healer and experience the wholeness that involves both your mind and body. This series focuses on the principles, practices and therapies of mind-body medicine and their application in health care and healing. Through exploration the meaning and message hidden inside stress, pain and illness and how to be at peace with what you find will be revealed.
Dr. Paul Epstein, ND is a Naturopathic Physician, mind-body therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and author. He maintains a private practice in Westport treating people with chronic pain and stress related disorders.
