The Fairfield Public Library is hosting a four-part series, featuring Dr. Paul Epstein, ND, on the Healing Power of Mind-Body Medicine. The third lecture, Mindfulness Meditation, will be held at the Fairfield Public Library Woods Branch, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road on Monday, January 14 at 7 p.m.
Mindfulness helps cultivate healing qualities. Healing comes from within and is a choice. Research on mindfulness shows its therapeutic effectiveness for a wide range of health concerns. This series focused on the principles, practice and therapies of mind-body medicine and their application in health care and healing.
Dr. Paul Epstein, ND is a Naturopathic Physician, mind-body therapist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and author. He maintains a private practice in Westport treating people with chronic pain and stress related disorders
