Great Information on How to be Fit @ Fairfield Public Library

The Fairfield Public Library will host a lecture on why fitness, strength-training and nutrition are so important on Monday, November 26 at 7 p.m.  The lecture will be held at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road.
Gary Camillo has been a fitness and strength-training coach for more than 25 years.  He is the owner of Camillo Health and Fitness in Fairfield and is a Certified Holistic Health Coach.  “It is more than just sets and reps,” says Camillo. He will teach the five pillars of human movement:  pushing, pulling, level changes, locomotion and rotation.  Gary will also discuss proper nutrition and how “real” food can be used to help build muscle and strength.
Advanced registration is required due to the limited space.  All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.  For more information and to register for this event call 203-255-7308, or visit us on the web www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org .  Follow the Fairfield Public Library on Twitter: www.twitter.com/fairfieldpublib and Facebook: www.facebook.com/fairfieldlibrary.
