Live Comedy: Brad Trackman and Ruperto Vanderpool

Comedian-Actor Ruperto Vanderpool is on the cusp of greatness. Just getting off the run of the award winning Off-Broadway Hit “La Barberia,” the native New Yorker of Dominican extraction is a natural comedian with an international appeal and flair. As a stand-up comedian, the boisterous Ruperto has appeared on “Martin Lawrence Presents The 1st Amendment Stand Up” on The STARZ Network, BET’s Comic View, “It’s ShowTime” at the Apollo, “Comics Unleashed” with Byron Allen, SiTV’s Latino 101 and was personally selected by P. Diddy to be the only Hispanic to perform for HBO “Bad Boys” of Comedy Season 2. His film credits include: co-starring with Queen Latifah in the Lions Gate Film “The Cookout,” “Carlito’s Way” (Rise to Power) and a memorable role in the Latino cult-classic EL Vacilon: The Movie. Ruperto also won the 1st Annual American Latino Award for “Favorite American Latino Comedian” and was the Recipient of the “El Awards” from El Diario La Prensa.

Brad Trackman is a NYC comedian with universal appeal. He has made national television appearances on NBC’s “Later” and “Friday Night”, CBS’s “Star Search”, ABC’s “NY Comedy Festival,”Metro TV’s “New Joke City” hosted by Robert Klein, Comedy Central’s “Heroes Of Jewish Comedy & Stand Up Stand Up” and MTV’s “The Buried Life.”
Brad headlines around the country playing the best venues such as the “DC Improv” where he recorded both of his critical acclaimed CDs (“Safecracker” and “Live at the DC Improv”) Sirius radio. Other venues Trackman headlines include “The Improv” (Las Vegas, Nevada), “Hilarities” (Cleveland, Ohio), Helium Comedy Club (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) and the legendary “Punchline” (San Francisco, California). If you’re wondering what makes Brad such a unique comedian, it’s his versatility, his ability to work squeaky clean and still kill. Maybe that’s why “Radio Shack” had Trackman headline the “Net Together Concert” in Times Square with a 20-foot tall jumbotron behind him and a crowd of 5,000 people in front of him. This concert was also simulcast in San Francisco. Trackman has also opened for Dana Carvey, Joan Rivers and Weird Al Yankovic in arenas with crowds of up to 7,000. His pursuit of ensuring other people’s happiness is still evolving, as is Brad. Despite all these major accomplishments, Brad considers his biggest breaks in entertaiment were meeting his wife, Christina (who, at the time, booked “Caroline’s on Broadway”) and having their son Tyler. Don’t miss the chance to catch this huge talent in action!
