Z HEALTH RETURNING TO FAIRFIELD SENIOR CENTER

z Health is a brain based form of exercise.  The core belief is that our ability, or lack of ability, to keep our balance, be able to move and use all of our body as we age is related more to the brain that to brawn.

The exercises focus on giving messages to our brain to improve visual capabilities, balance, spatial orientation and awareness of our body in space.

Most exercise focuses on muscles and strenght.  Z Health focuses on the brain and can be done sitting or standing. Participants will move better, feel better, and can reduce their risk of falling.
