Happy, Healthy Kids -- a Wellness Series Talk at the Fairfield Public Library

A child’s diet today can directly impact their health later in life.  Proper nutrition for growing children is imperative for optimal health and development.  Learn valuable healthy eating tips for busy families and picky eaters from nutrition experts Lisa Sullivan and Debera Prosek.  In their presentation, Happy, Healthy Kids, they will discuss a simple approach to nutrition that can change unhealthy eating habits and make eating a fun, family affair. This Wellness talk will take place on Tuesday, September 17 at 10:00 am in the Rotary Room at the Main Library, 1080 Old Post Road.  Registration is required.

Presenter Lisa Sullivan is a nutritionist and presenter Debera Prosek is a holistic health coach.  Both are experienced nutrition educators who believe balanced nutrition is a cornerstone of health.
