Learn to Knit with Beads at the Fairfield Public Library Craft Salon

Crafters, come learn how to knit with beads at the library’s DIY craft salon at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road on Saturday, November 2 at 11 a.m.

If you know how to cast on, knit, and bind off you will want to join us as we learn to knit with beads and make a wrap bracelet that can double as a choker.  After completing this project you will have the skills to incorporate beads into your knitting and make more sophisticated jewelry.  Bring your own size 2 needles, straight or circular.

The craft salon is for people 18 years and older. Registration is required. For more information call 203-255-7308 or visit us online www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org .  Follow the Fairfield Public Library on Twitter: www.twitter.com/fairfieldpublib and Facebook:  www.facebook.com/fairfieldlibrary.  All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
