Community Corner
Play Writing Contest
The winning pieces will receive a complete workshop of their piece within Slant of Light Productions, as well as a space in the 2013/2014 Snapshots program with its writer credited as playwright.
About the Program:
Snapshots teaches students the value of a high self-worth. High self-esteem in teens promotes emotional and physical safety by combating dangerous personal behaviors and belief systems. We educate students about relevant social issues including eating disorders, domestic violence, bullying, sexuality, and drug abuse, providing snapshots of these epidemics in theatrical form.
