Take Your Child to the Library Day!

The Library is a magical place for young children.  Celebrate National Take Your Child to the Library Day on Saturday, February 1 at both Library locations! This annual event celebrates the young child’s visit to their Library.

@ the Main Library – Join us for a special drop-in story time for children of all ages at 10:00 am.  A craft table will be open in the Rotary Room all day.  Bring your library card for a chance to win a special prize pack.  Don’t have card? You can get one that day and enter the contest. The Main Library is located at 1080 Old Post Road.

@ the Fairfield Woods Branch Library – Join us for a drop-in family story time at 11:00 am.  A craft table will be open in the Children’s Room all day.  Bring your library card for a chance to win a special prize pack and sign up for a card if you don’t have one yet.  In addition, there will be a special Valentine Card Workshop at 1:00 pm for children in grades 1-5.
