with NHL, AHL, Elite European League players and current and former Division I/III college players, hosted by Ryan Shannon of the Zurich Lions and Stanley Cup winner with the Anaheim Ducks. 100% of the proceeds are donated to the Obie Harrington-Howes Foundation. WHY: The Obie Harrington-Howes Foundation makes financial assistance grants to individuals living with spinal cord injuries in the state of Connecticut. Obie was Ryan Shannon’s first hockey coach. Obie suffered a spinal cord injury while bodysurfing in 1997.
The Foundation was established in his name to help others with these
catastrophic injuries.
