Fairfield Non-Profit, Yoga for All Cooperative, Announces Their First Major Fundraising Event

The non-profit, Yoga for All Cooperative Inc. will be having its first major fundraiser at 8pm on June 21 at the Penfield Beach Pavilion, Fairfield, CT.  They need your support! Join them for an exciting evening of music, dance, yoga demonstrations, and a silent auction. Buffet dinner, wine and beer are also included when purchasing an event ticket.

Yoga and other healing arts have been helping people for over 5000 years. Research confirms that yoga greatly reduces the effects of stress, which may lead to a variety of health and emotional problems. Yoga can help create feelings of empowerment, safety, patience, and trust. This sense of created well being can enhance relationships within the family and within the entire community.

Through outreach programs, scholarships, and workshops the Trustees and volunteers of Yoga for All Cooperative seek to bring yoga and other healing aids to those who might not otherwise have access.  The Yoga for All Cooperative will bring classes directly to individuals within these programs and will further provide interested participants with the tools and knowledge to be self-sufficient in training other individuals of similar need.
