Celebrate Halloween at Brick Walk Promenade in Fairfield

Some community Halloween events have been cancelled, but there is plenty of fun to be had on the Brick Walk Promenade Thursday.

If you’re looking for a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween this year, head down to the Brick Walk Promenade in Fairfield to get your fill of treats and sweets.

“It's been two years since we've been able to celebrate Halloween with the kids because of poor weather and the holiday being cancelled so we're excited to participate,” said Diane Mercado of Pink Cupcake Shack.

Brick Walk Promenade retailers, located at 1215 Post Road in Fairfield, will be giving out candy to trick or treaters from 2 – 6 p.m.

Earlier this year the Halloween “Trick or Treat on Safety Street” and “Trick or Trunk”, usually hosted by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce on the Sherman Green, were cancelled due to what the chamber called a “shortage of manpower, volunteer availability and program management.”
