In addition to her being a fan of the New York Yankees and the UConn Women's Basketball team, Beverly was an avid collector of Cook Books.

Her family would like to gratefully acknowledge the staff of both St. Vincent Medical Center's ICU and Da'Vita Dialyses Center for the wonderful care given to Beverly.
