$400 REWARD OFFERED

400. Reward Offered-
for information leading to identity of the driver of the off white VW bug with dark convertible top and tinted windows, w/no front license plate, sport lights on front bumper - that killed a small red dog in May 29th at approx. 8:10 pm in broad daylight and fled the scene -  near Sabrina Style dress shop on Washington Street in Sandy Hook.
