Really Fairfield? No TV is an emergency?
Can't believe residents were dialing 911 because of he Cable TV outage last night. I haven't heard of an exact number of calls the Fairfield PD received, but whether it was 1 or 1,000, it's a really stupid thing to do. For cryin' out loud, if you have no TV, pick up a book! Jeesh.
