$1,770 in Underwear Reported Stolen from Victoria's Secret

The manager of Victoria's Secret on the Post Road reported to police Friday that 160 pairs of underwear had been stolen.

The complainant said she was helping customers when another customer reported that underwear had been swiped from six and a half drawers in the store.

The stolen underwear totaled $1,770 in loss to Victoria's Secret, according to the report.

No one witnessed the theft but the manager described two possible suspects who had been "lingering" at the store but didn't make any purchases.

The suspects were described as two girls between the ages of 13 and 20 years old. One girl had reddish-brown hair and was wearing a red backpack and white shirt; the other had brown hair and was wearing a blue shirt and a green backpack.

This is under investigation.
