Fire fighters from Fairfield, Norwalk and Stratford in collaboration with the Fairfield Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation and Stratford Fire Fighters Burn Foundation will host together the Second Annual Wine and Beer Tasting Event from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. tonight at the Trumbull Marriott.

The event will benefit the Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital.

“The recent renovations are very important to us and the addition of a Burn Suite for families is a really big deal," said Stratford Fire Fighters President Bill Hansen.

"We hope to continue this annual fundraiser to support the Burn Center for many years to come,” Hansen added.

Tickets for the event are $25, and may be purchased at the door or obtained by emailing FFFCF@iaff.org or contacting the Fairfield Fire Fighters Charitable Foundation on Facebook

“We’re looking forward to joining our Stratford and Norwalk brothers and sisters in helping out the Burn Center with this great event,” Fairfield Fire Fighters Association President Bob Smith said.
