Cops Arrest Man For Alleged Fake ID Use

The fake Connecticut drivers license was used at That's the Spirit Shoppe.

A Fairfield man was charged with misrepresentation of age to procure alcohol after he allegedly used a fake Connecticut driver’s license at , police said.

Vincent McAevy, 18, of Bogwood Road was issued a misdemeanors summons and released on a promise to appear in court on March 19. The owner of That’s the Spirit reported to police that McAevy allegedly used a very shiny ID that was missing a hologram that marks a true Connecticut license.
