Cops: Fairfield Man Admits to Deflating Ex's Tires

A Fairfield man was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief after he confessed to police he purposely deflated the front and rear passenger side tires on his ex-wife’s car, police said.

The incident occurred on April 11 and the complainant suspected her ex-husband Brian Feeney, 48, of Arbor Drive was involved.

Feeney admitted to removing the valve stems from the tires during a police interview, department spokesperson Sgt. Sue Lussier said.

"The result of removing the air from her tires left her without any means of transportation," Lussier said.

He was held on a $1,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

A Massachusetts man was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly hosted a “large party with unreasonable noise” early Sunday, police said.

William Connors, 21, reportedly threw a party on Rowland Road, close to where the Clam Jam festivities occurred Saturday. He was released on a $50 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.

A Greenwich woman was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary on Saturday in connection to a burglary reported on Dec. 25 on Alden Street, police said.

 

Amy Degirolomo, 36, was arrested on a warrant for another charge by Greenwich police and transported to Fairfield and charged with her alleged involvement in the Alden Street burglary, according to the police report.

Degirolomo was held on a $15,000 bond and is due in court on May 8.

A Plainville, Conn. man was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after he allegedly punched a person in the forehead on Fairfield Beach Road on Saturday, police said.

According to the report, the victim was ordering people off his property when Justin Levy, 23, approached and said, “You wanna start?” and punched the resident in the forehead.

Levy was released on a $50 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 7.
