A Fairfield University student faces drug charges after marijuana, steroids, and drug paraphernalia were allegedly found in his dorm room, police said.
Vincent Giacovas, 18, of Briarcliff Manor, NY, was charged with failure to keep a drug in its original container, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than four ounces of marijuana, and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, according to the police report.
Police reportedly found on Friday three vials of steroids, syringes, rolling papers, and 100 pills of the drug Clomid in Giacovas' room, department spokesperson Sgt. Sue Lussier said. He was subsequently arrested.
Giacovas was released after posting a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on $250.
