The Fairfield woman was allegedly bobbing as she did the eye test and could not perform the walk-and-turn test. When asked to count down from 60 to 50, police said Gasper became irate.

She was arrested for suspected DUI and, after a brief struggle, was placed in the back of a patrol car.

En route to , Gasper made numerous threats toward officers, police said.

"I am from Fairfield, you'll see what is going to happen to you," police said she told them.

During booking, police said she threatened to harm an officer's children: "I'll see that your children go to hell."

When asked to take a breath test, Gasper reportedly became increasingly agitated. Police said she refused the opportunity to call a lawyer after asking she call one. At one point, police said she kicked an officer.

Gasper had her license seized for a 24-hour period and was charged with: driving under the influence; littering; interfering with an officer; assault of a peace officer; second-degree threathening.

She was given a court date of March 28 and held on $1,000 bond.
