According to the accident report, the car Dworkin was reportedly operating on Nov. 3 on Mill Plain Road crossed into a yard, striking a stop sign, shrubs, and two cars parked in a Mill Plain Road property's driveway before coming to rest. The two unoccupied vehicles were hit with enough force to bang into the home, police said.

The homeowner heard the commotion and called 911. First responders arrived and spoke to the driver -- later identified as Dworkin -- who told them he was driving home from Pizzeria MOLTO on the Post Road.

Police said they could detect alcohol on the man's breath, but Dworkin reportedly insisted he was given 'bad pizza.'

Dworkin was transported to the hospital, where he was evaluated for injuries. He was also given a blood test, which revealed his blood alcohol content had been .285, or more than three times the legal limit, according to police.

Police applied for a warrant and served it on Wednesday. Dworkin was released on a promise to appear in court on Jan. 11.
